Banana and Nestlé Butterfinger candy add to the flavor and moistness of this delicious cake.
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup total)
- 37 pieces NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER BITES Candy, chopped, divided
- 1 container (16 oz.) prepared white frosting
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
PREPARE cake mix batter according to package directions; stir in banana and 3/4 cup chopped Butterfinger. Pour into prepared pan.
BAKE for 40 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
FROST cake; sprinkle with remaining chopped Butterfinger.

Wow! so quick, easy and sooo delicious
This is one of 3 cakes I made from several leftover bananas. It's my #1 favorite and the easiest I've ever done! I didn't have yellow cakemix, so I used white (classic recipe) and white WHIPPED vanilla frosting. I gave away most if it (being on a diet) as I did with the other 2 cakes, and everyone seemed to like it best. MOIST and full of flavor! I highly recommend it as a wonderful dessert!
