Cappuccino lovers just can't get enough of this decadent ice cream-based smoothie dusted with cocoa.
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled
- 5 to 6 teaspoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE Decaf House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
PLACE evaporated milk and coffee granules in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice cream, ice and sugar; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cocoa.

It was real warm out yesterday and we wanted something refreshing and this hit the spot. I substituted chocolate ice cream for the vanilla and it was heavenly. What an easy, great treat for a warm afternoon. Who needs to buy one of those overpriced things from some store? This was EXTREMELY enjoyable and we never had to leave the house!
