Caramel Macchiato Cappuccino

Ingredients

1 shot (1 ounce) espresso
1/3 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons Caramel Macchiato Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
Ground cinnamon

 

Directions

BREW a single shot of espresso into cappuccino cup. Steam* milk and Coffee-mate together until 150° to 160° F. Pour over espresso, holding back foam with spoon. Spoon foam over the top. Dust with cinnamon.

* If you don’t have a milk steamer, you can simply heat the milk and Coffee-mate on the stove or in a microwave until it just barely reaches a boil. Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam.

    my baking club got together before easter and made my familys traditional easter bread...i wanted to pair a great coffee beverage with it so i chose caramel macchiato cappuccino from the coffee mate website to serve with it for sampling...it was a big hit!! this is a great hot beverage and so easy to make...tastes as good as a coffee house drink
