Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

LINE 9-inch-square baking pan with foil, allowing a little overhang (this will make it easy to lift the bars from the pan). Spray with cooking spray.

COMBINE peanut butter, honey and Nesquik in large, microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH (100%) power for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Add cereal, oats and cranberries. Gently toss together until completely coated.

POUR into prepared pan. With greased hands or a piece of parchment paper, press mixture evenly into prepared pan, using as much pressure as you can while keeping it as even as possible. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Lift from pan using foil. Carefully peel foil away; cut into bars.

Serving suggestion: Dip bars in Abuelita Yogurt Dip.

Cook’s Tip: You can use a ¼ cup of any dried fruit you have on hand such as apricots, cherries, dates or figs.
