    CHEWIES

Barbara Manatee from Los Angeles, CA

These cookies were easy to make and extremely chewy, but did not really taste like chai tea...so I was a little disappointed, although they are still tasty!

    Odd but appealing

    Ms. Blaschuk from FARMINGDALE, NY

I love cardamom, I love Chai Tea. So, I HAD to try these. The texture was somewhat different but the cookies were oddly appealing. The first bite of the first cookie is so-so, but these DEFINITELY grow on you with each subsequent taste. Nit fir everyone, but worth a try!

These were easy to make, but they weren't our favorite. I don't think we'll bake them again as there are too many better tasting cookies out there.

These cookies are EXCELLENT. They are easy to make, and the taste is superb. I used instant tea with lemon flavor, and I think the added lemon made the taste even better.

    Diasppointed

Valerie Jennings from Royse City, TX

I love chai tea, but was really disappointed in the texture and taste of these cookies. They didn't remind me of chai tea. However, my husband did say the taste grows on you after you eat a couple. They are also easy to make, so they are certainly worth giving a try if you like chai.

    Chai Tea Cookies

    Laura Haigler from Towanda, KS

I liked the cookies, but I think I will decrease on the other spices, and increase the cardomom, which is a spice I use a lot, so I am always looking for a recipe that has it in the recipe.

    Unusual and wonderful!

These are a must for any tea or spice lover. Next time I'll add a pinch of clove...or even some fine diced candied fruit.

These were very different. I liked them for their spiciness, but the men in my house didn't care for them. I think because they prefer when I use coffee as the background flavor, not due to the actual taste of the cookie

Well, the taste was okay, not sure I would relate it to the name though. Definitely a different kind of cookie. I didn't really care for the texture of them.

These are the new replacement for ginger snaps in our household. Wish the recipe made more. Will have to experiment with doubling. Interesting, excellent and unexpected!!
