Ingredients:

  • 4 squares scoops vanilla fat free frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 3 tablespoons NESTEA Unsweetened Instant 100% Tea
  • 1/8 teaspoon 1/8 to 1/4 ground cardamom

Directions:

PLACE frozen yogurt, milk, Nestea and cardamom in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
