This Chai Tea Smoothie gets its unique flavors from a refreshing combination of ice cream and tea with a touch of cardamom.


  • 4 squares scoops vanilla fat free frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 3 tablespoons NESTEA Unsweetened Instant 100% Tea
  • 1/8 teaspoon 1/8 to 1/4 ground cardamom
