Cheese and Onion Spaetzle

Ingredients

1 package (10.5 ounces) MAGGI Spaetzle Mix, prepared according to package directions, kept hot
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350º F.

MELT butter in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Arrange layers of spaetzle, onion and cheese in 8-inch-square baking dish.

BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
