Now that most of my grandchildren are over five years old, I can suggest the baking and they get all excited to bake. Tried these for a quick treat on a family overnight gathering and the grand kids loved that they got to make something so fancy but simple. Each had a chance to do a portion of the preparation and enjoy the treats and their parents loved the treats when they came to get their children the next day.

    have to make more!!!!!

Diane McCahon from Kansas City, MO

My husband said these are the best thing I have baked in a long time and I make cheesecake all the time. He said I should sell them. He wants more asap. One thing is you cannot use the regular 12 cupcake tin I had to use the 6 cupcake tin which is larger and make two batchs, they just did not fit and would have overflowed so it did take longer, but was totally worth it! We both loved them even without the cherry topping. Thanks for the great recipe.

    Wonderful Cheesecake Cups!

    Glory Tang from Sunnyvale, CA

Love these cheesecake cups for the holidays! Great for entertaining and easy to make! The cookie crust is too sweet and overpowered the cheesecake. Used Vanilla Wafers for the crust and they turned out less sweet.

  • Star(s)

    WOWsers! Sooo YUMMY & EASY!

    paula chaffin from Lebanon,MO

I made these tonight for a Christmas party. I used a sugar cookie recipe (which as been in my family 100 years) as the crust/cookie and topped it off with Strawberry! YUMMY! I think the next time I will also try it with chocolate chip in the cheesecake mixture. I had a lot of the cream cheese mixture left so I will make another batch soon. :) Thanks for a fun and EASY recipe with lots of different variations to change it up.

I made these this year for Thanksgiving for the first time. We didn't have a big celebration so there were quite a few left over. I brought those to work, and they were a huge hit! These are simple to make and look so elegant. I'll definitely be making these again.
