Serve this with a fresh fruit salad and tall glasses of nectar for brunch, lunch or a light dinner. Try substituting cooked sausage or bacon for the ham.

    Good, But needs help

    RS from Baltimore, MD

Most frittata recipes call for an oven-proof skillet to brown top by baking in oven. By following the directions, I still had runny eggs on the top. I covered the skillet to circulate the heat and the top was done in another 10 minutes. It should have been covered from the beginning. The recipe was still good, but cooking instructions need help!
