    Excellent and Yummy!!!

    Linda Delcamp from Brighton, MI

These were very easy to make and so good! Unfortunatley (around our house) they don't last long when you make the bars. So I made the recipe as stated but made them as cookies. Bake them by rounded teaspoon on ungreased sheet for about 10 min. Makes about 5-6 dozen delicious cookies!! Will definately make them again and again. They are our favorites now!!

I have made these several times over since finding this recipe here and always get requests for more. It's the prefect balance of chocolate and oatmeal-- so yummy! I also have to make them every Christmas to put in the cookie boxes our family puts together.

We were going to go out in Hot weather so I omitted The Chocolate chips;and they were delicious; W/o the chips Now that I think of it I could've used Nestles Chocolate powder and it could've tasted just as good. OH well next time

I made these for Valentine's Day, adding caramel-filled chocolate hearts on the top after they came out of the oven, causing the caramel to melt inwards. Very good!
