I pulled all the ingredients for these cookies from my pantry but couldn't find the cranberries I purchased. Since I was in the midst of mixing I added Chopped dates instead. G-r-e-a-t taste!!!

    with or without

I was looking for a good oatmeal raisin recipe without the raisins and this was top-notch. My oldest son is allergic to raisins so I made this recipe for him--now it is my favorite-I like the tanginess of the cranberries. Thank you!!

    Really good cookies!

I could not find NESTLES CRUNCH EGGS as it is just after Easter and they were gone - however, I did use NESTLES CRUNCH bars and they worked well too! The tang of the cranberries along with the chocolate and oatmeal is too good to describe! You have to taste these to believe how different and good they are. I will have to make more soon as this batch is already gone!

    Delicious Cookies!

Becky Powers from SAN ANGELO, TX

I made these cookies for a church meeting and everyone thought they were delicious. They are also easy to make ...I will definitely be making them again and again. I substituted the Nestle eggs for chocolate chips, just because I had them on hand. I added pecans, and next time I think I will try them with walnuts and without the chocolate.

    Excellent Thanksgiving Dessert

    kathryn hinkle from bucyrus, OH

This cookie is soft and chewy, and just full of flavor. Every bite has a suprise. We took several dozen to the local nursing home and the residents kept saying that it reminded them of thanksgivings of old. It is just a really good, fun and very easy cookie to make. A real twist to plain old oatmeal cookies!

    Taste will surprise you

    Pam Hazelip from LIVERMORE, KY

Very good cookie. We had a candy and cookie day and my friend made these. I din't think I would like them due to the cranberries, but they were great. I am going to try making them without the chocolate though.

    Teens loved them

    CHARLENE CLARK from GAYLORD, MI

These were wonderful with the nesteggs and cranberries. And when you can't find nesteggs, the Nestle Crunch bar works well as does dried sweet cherries. They're nutritious with the oats, and fruit. Then the candy tickles your sweet tooth even more.
