- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, divided
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cube
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Chopped parsley (optional)

ADD remaining butter to skillet; stir in wine, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in capers. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.

This recipe was great! It was so quick and easy to make. I didn't have capers on hand so I used peppercorns and it still came out perfect!

This chicken piccata recipe has been a regular in my home for several years. Now that my daughter is old enough to really enjoy food, she brags about this recipe so I am passing it on to friends and family.

This is not as easy as I thought....
I think I will give this one more try but my first attempt didn't turn out as good as it did for others. The flavor was good but sauce looked like a mess.
