This recipe was great! It was so quick and easy to make. I didn't have capers on hand so I used peppercorns and it still came out perfect!

This chicken piccata recipe has been a regular in my home for several years. Now that my daughter is old enough to really enjoy food, she brags about this recipe so I am passing it on to friends and family.

This is not as easy as I thought....

I think I will give this one more try but my first attempt didn't turn out as good as it did for others. The flavor was good but sauce looked like a mess.

    Play with the amounts.

    CAROLIN from PHOENIX, AZ

The meal was excellent, although I followed the recipe and it was WAY TOOOOOO SOUR!!!!!. The second time I played with the measurements and got it perfect. Be careful with your lemon and dry wine measurements....add less and see what you think.

This was an easy recipe to follow and luckily I had capers in the frig due to holiday cooking. The whole family loved it and I will definitely make it again!
