Quick & Easy!!

This recipe was great! It was so quick and easy to make. I didn't have capers on hand so I used peppercorns and it still came out perfect!

My children love this recipe!

This chicken piccata recipe has been a regular in my home for several years. Now that my daughter is old enough to really enjoy food, she brags about this recipe so I am passing it on to friends and family.

fantastic recipe

My husband usually shrugs his shoulders to chicken dishes. He loved this and so did the kids. Will make this a weekly meal. Served with pesto and pasta and a yam reipe I have. Great fall meal. Thanks.

This is not as easy as I thought....

I think I will give this one more try but my first attempt didn't turn out as good as it did for others. The flavor was good but sauce looked like a mess.
