These cute Chili Cups are yet another way to serve chili! Garnish with sour cream, green onions and black olives for an extra special treat.
- 1 can (15-oz.) chili with beans
- 1 can (12-oz.) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
PLACE 1 round of biscuit dough into each of 10 muffin cups, pressing dough into bottoms and up sides of cups. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon chili into each cup; sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE for 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned.

What a hit!
I tried this recipe last night, making the chili & bisquits from scratch. I have a couple of VERY fussy eaters who have never tried chili before. I made 16 cups for 5 of us, and we RAN OUT!!! I will be making many more and freezing them so the kids can heat them up for their lunches. Thanks for the great idea!
