These cute Chili Cups are yet another way to serve chili! Garnish with sour cream, green onions and black olives for an extra special treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15-oz.) chili with beans
  • 1 can (12-oz.) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

PREHEAT oven to 400°F.

PLACE 1 round of biscuit dough into each of 10 muffin cups, pressing dough into bottoms and up sides of cups. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon chili into each cup; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE for 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned.

Great for the entire family!

This is one of the few things I have made that I was able to get my nearly 2-year old to even try! Both my husband and I thought the pairing or chili with biscuts was perfect. Great for quick family meals.

What a hit!

I tried this recipe last night, making the chili & bisquits from scratch. I have a couple of VERY fussy eaters who have never tried chili before. I made 16 cups for 5 of us, and we RAN OUT!!! I will be making many more and freezing them so the kids can heat them up for their lunches. Thanks for the great idea!

easy but not that tasty

These are super easy but kind of bland and boring. I would rather make chili and cornbread seperately. I guess the canned chili just isn't spicy enough for my husband and I.
