Balsamic vinegar and olive oil salad dressing pairs perfectly with al dente three cheese tortellini for a true taste of Italy in this colorful chilled tossed pasta salad.


  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh snow pea pods
  • 1 cup shoestring carrots
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar olive oil salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

PREPARE pasta according to package directions; rinse in cold water and drain.

COMBINE pasta, pea pods, carrots, dressing and cheese together in large bowl. Refrigerate or serve immediately.

Great taste & color

Have made this recipe several times and have gotten rave reviews from each audience! The color is beautiful and the taste superb! And it's pretty quick and easy.

I made this for Father's Day and it was good, but I did not care for the dressing called for. I love balsamic vinegar, but the brand of dressing I used just did not cut it. The ingredients in this dish were perfect, maybe next time I will use another type dressing. Will make again.

We went to the Farmer's Market this morning, so I added green Bell Pepper to the recipe. Plated on red leaf lettuce and had wedges of tomato around the border. We could have been eating at a restaurant. Loved it. My husband said to fix it again.
