  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 packet Classic Chocolate Malt Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Directions:

PLACE milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, banana, ice and peanut butter in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

    HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE!! THE MORE PEANUT BUTTER THE BETTER! IT WAS A GREAT SMOOTHIE, AND I USED A WHOLE BANANA AND PROBABLY 3 TABLESPOONS PEANUT BUTTER! MMMMMMMM

    Didn't like the peanut butter; think that next time no peanut butter, but quarter cup of frozen strawberries. I also used regular choclate instead of malt.
