    Annie McGreen from PARMA, OH

I made these cupcakes, and they were the biggest hit! I tried the cake as a bundt cake, I was a little frustrated with baking times, and I thought I over cooked the cake, but it came out really well!!!! A very rich and delicious cake! It is not the favorite in the neighborhood!

    Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes

The cream cheese filling was a big hit. It transformed plain chocolate cupcakes into something special. I was asked to make a double batch the next time since they disappeared so fast and my family was looking for more.

I also do this recipe in a 9"X13" cake pan. I drop the cream cheese mixture into the cake at intervals and swirl it through with a knife. It's a bit gooey-er, but who doesn't like that???

    This one's a Keeper

    Piper Lashbrook from JACKSONVILLE, FL

Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes are a definite keeper for my recipe box! The blend of chocolate and cheesecakey goodness in every bite is simply delicious. I was thrilled that the filling stayed right in the middle of the cupcake and didn't sink to the bottom or ooze out the sides. Instead of frosting them, I just sprinkled them with powdered sugar. I think I might try the same recipe baked in a bundt pan for a fancier presentation.

    didn't want to share

    Mei Zhang from BROOKLYN, NY

I made a batch for my boyfriend and he loved them so much, he refused to share them with anyone. they were easy and pretty quick to make - make the whole batch though, if you try making less (like 12 instead of 16), it just doesn't work out perfectly and will end up seeming a bit gooey in some spots.

Made 24 Good taste, not to sweet, I will make again, but omit the chips in the filling, takes away from cream cheese flavor

These were fairly easy to make, and were a hit at our Easter party this year. Cool them in the fridge after frosting, and be sure to only use a little of the cake mixture filling up the bottom-- or you'll run out when you have to cover them!

I made these for a bake sale, and they definitely were a quick seller! A warning though... maybe bake them a little longer than specified.. and dont worry if they seem mushy right when you get em out of the oven.. they will retain their shape as they cool!
