A little difficult.

They were a little difficult to roll out. You definitely need a metal cookie cuter.

a crispy cookie

refrigerating the dough and placing the cutouts on a cool cookie sheet makes for crisper cookies.

Try add cookie chips later

I think you should add cookie dough later until you ready to bake it seem when I baked last St Paddy Day almost cracked I put all ingrediants in

Chocolate Chip Shamrocks

I agree with others who stated it was difficult to roll out dough with the chips but I thought of holding off on adding the chocolate chips then just rolling out the dough before cutting out my shape. After doing that, I pressed in chocolate chips to my heart's content. It does take alittle longer but you can make sure that you have enough chips in every cookie rather than have more in some and less in others. Kids love to help push the chips into the dough so makes quite a kid pleaser!
