    South Beach Trifle

    Lisa Cleath from PASADENA, CA

So I adjusted this trifle to make it South Beach-friendly: whole wheat chocolate cookies made with Splenda, sugar-free fat-free pudding mix, and light whipped topping...even my young cousin who doesn't like diets liked it! I cut the whipped topping back to half of what was called for since I didn't have enough, and it still tasted great.
