Chocolate Ice Cream
I made this recipe for a family bar b-q. We really enjoyed it, and I will make it over and over again. We had no left overs.
Delicious, yum yum
This recipe is very easy to make. The first time I tried it, it was delicious but not as creamy. So the second time I substituted 50% of the half and half with heavy cream and I found the ice cream to be more creamy. Also since I tend to make large batches, I found that storing it in small containers and thawing in microwave for a few seconds before serving helps retain the smooth and creamt texture of the ice cream. Love it and will definitely make again. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
My 9 year old son and I made this tonight. It was pretty simple, and a huge hit. Fantastic choclate flavor. Next time I think we'll add some nuts etc...

Yummy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
For the chocolate lover in all of us. My dad used to make this for us as kids. We had a hand crank ice cream maker and we used to take turns cranking. We could not wait for the ice cream to be done. It was so delicious, and well worth the wait.
