Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 envelopes) Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor NESTLÉ Hot Cocoa Mix
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound powdered sugar

Directions:

COMBINE cocoa mix and water in large mixer bowl. Beat in butter and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add more hot water if frosting is too thick.

okay I dint have the vanilla or the powdered sugar and i used swiss miss lol i really had none of that but it still worked .. a little runny tho.

This was quick and easy especially since I had all the items I needed in my pantry already. The only thing was it was a tad too sweet, I think because of the one pound of confection sugar, I will make this again, but I think I will cut the sugar down to one half of a pound. I had forgotten that I had promised to bring cupcakes to work yesterday morning. I was able to make and bake the cupcakes LATE,the night before, but did not have anything (or so I thought) in the house to make icing with.
