Chocolate Dipped Apples are a quick treat your kids will enjoy. This fun-to-make recipe is ready in minutes.

In this recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Wax or parchment paper
  • 6 wooden craft sticks or clean sticks
  • 6 medium tart-sweet apples, such as Fuji, Gala or Braeburn, washed, dried and stems removed
  • 1 cup chopped NESTLÉ CRUNCH, NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER or peanuts
  • 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Directions:

LINE baking sheet or tray with wax or parchment paper. Push sticks down into the core of each apple. Refrigerate apples while chocolate is being melted.

PLACE coatings on separate plates.

MELT morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl according to package directions. Dip (or roll) apples about three-quarters of the way into chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Roll coated apple in desired coating and place on prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until set.
