  • 1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

PLACE milk, banana, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

    I have been drinking Rich Milk Chocolate Carbation Instant Breakfast for about 2 or 3 years, and when I tasted this i thought, fomr now im this is my breakfast. I had Energy for the day, and I didn't feel tired like I always did. This realy helped me get though the day. Well I Just wanted to say that this drink was AWSOME!

    I personally like to use the vanilla powder packets that way you can always add different fruits etc. as for people like myself who are trying to "gain weight" my favorite recipe for a shake is : 1- packet vanilla creme instant breakfast, 1 banana, vanilla ice cream as much as you need or want and the same for the milk you use, combine all until smooth. Your getting the vitamins and the minerals and in my case more CALORIES that I need, It's a good thing. Sincerely, Sherry S. Alabama

    My dad made this type of malt for us when we were children, and now I make this for my family & friends... No ice ever- from the blender we enjoy it with: milk of choice,1 banana, 1/4 cp wheat germ, 1 egg and Instant Breakfast flavor of choice. It's tasty and delicious as well as satisfying the "need food" feeling as a satisfying between meal "pick-me-up".
