That was great!
I have been drinking Rich Milk Chocolate Carbation Instant Breakfast for about 2 or 3 years, and when I tasted this i thought, fomr now im this is my breakfast. I had Energy for the day, and I didn't feel tired like I always did. This realy helped me get though the day. Well I Just wanted to say that this drink was AWSOME!

This shake was great to have before I went running everyday because it gave me the energy I needed, but wasn't to much to eat.
This shake tasted great and it's so quick and easy to make. I used skim milk and also added a heaping tablespoon of wheat germ. Try it and you'll never skip breakfast again.
This shake was wonderful! It gave me the energy I need to keep going all morning. I only had one cup of coffee instead of threee!
