I tried out this recipe because I LOVE peanut butter and it didn't require a lot of ingredients. This recipe was an instant hit. I have made them twice this week so far and with the holiday coming up I will probably make it many more times. I recommend you make double batches they go pretty quick even when cut into smaller squares. :)

I have been making these bars for the last couple of years and they are a huge success at every party, there are never any leftover. One tip would be after you pour the chocolate over the top, let it set for a couple of hours and then slice them into bars. Enjoy!!

I have always loved this recipe. It is simple to make and it it always a big hit for anyone who loves chocolate and peanut butter all in one! If you love butterscotch, substitute 1/2 cup bscotch morsels (as not to overpower the peanut butter) in the batter for the chocolate chips. This is also very tasty!

This was one of five new recipies I tried to make for some goddy plates for work-folk Christmas gifts. And what a great thing it is. Easy, smells great cooking, tastes great eating. You can even make a marbled effect on the top chocolate layer by swirling in a few white morsels...for the holidays melt the morsels and add some food coloring and it looks festive and fun.
