- 1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
PLACE soy milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, ice and peanut butter in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

This shake is awesome. It doesn't need to be made with soy milk, and I don't think the rest of them do either. I made this one with non-fat milk, and it tastes great. It is a great morning shake before school or work too.
