A low fat version of your favorite rocky road ice cream treat, these snack pops are a snap to make and fun to eat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 1% lowfat milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate lowfat frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons nuts, chopped
  • 5 (3 oz.) paper cups
  • 5 wooden craft sticks

Directions:

PLACE milk, frozen yogurt and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Pour evenly into paper cups. Cover tops of cups with foil. Insert wooden stick through foil into center of each pop.

FREEZE for about 3 hours or until firm. Store pops covered in freezer for up to 2 weeks. Remove foil; peel away paper cups before serving.
