    Very Good and Rich

    Theresa Drahman from Spokane, WA

This was excellent. Have made it twice now, but it definitely needs a bit more butter in the crust. Try 8 T. instead of the recommended 6 T. butter. Otherwise some of the crust is just plain powder. This will be a keeper. Will be a great treat for a special occasion.

    truly a special dessert

    Patti Cueny from Franklin, MI

This is truly a delicious dessert. The crust is a blend of chocolate and walnuts and provides a crisp texture. The filling is smooth and not too rich with an intense chocolate flavor. The chocolate is nicely enhanced when served with fresh raspberries or strawberries. This is a perfect dessert for a special occassion.

This is an excellent recipe in every way. The crust is easy to handle and the chocolate filling is lovely. I garnished with fresh raspberries and blueberries slightly glazed with warm raspberry preserves. It was very, very popular. If you want a recipe that really impresses, this is the one!

This recipe was so delicious and SO rich. I made it for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, since he loves raspberries, and we both loved it. I used a premade crust, and it worked great. I will definitely make this again for any occasion.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving & it was fabulous! If you like chocolate & raspberry you can't go wrong. I added an extra 1/2 c. of whipped cream before I put it in the shell because I thought it was too dark. It was still very rich. I small piece is definitely enough. I'll be making this again for sure!

    add a raspberry coolee

This is a fabulous way to bring chocolate to a new level. Add raspberry coolee [blend raspberries and strain, then decorate the plate] to make it look even more appealing.
