Clásico Float is really easy to make and has a terrific flavor combination of coffee and ice cream. Serve in a tall glass for an extra touch of class.
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 4 to 5 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ CLÁSICO Pure Instant Coffee Granules
- 2 cups cold water
- 4 small scoops Vanilla DREYER'S or EDY'S SLOW CHURNED® Light Ice Cream
PLACE hot water, sugar and coffee granules in large, heat-resistant container. Stir until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Stir in cold water. Place 2 ice cream scoops in each of 2 tall glasses; top with coffee mixture.
NOTE: For young children, omit the water, sugar and coffee and use 2 cups root beer or lemon lime soda.
