Ingredients:
4 small scoops coconut ice cream or sorbet
2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds
2 tablespoons toasted grated coconut
NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup
2 Maria cookies
Directions:
PLACE 2 scoops ice cream in each of 2 dessert bowls. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut. Drizzle with Abuelita syrup and garnish with a Maria cookie.
Suggestions: This parfait is also delicious with diced fresh bananas and chopped pineapple.
