Delicious juices and pineapple chunks make this Coconut Cream Mango Colada a perfectly refreshing beverage on a warm summer day.
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup Coconut Crème Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
- 2 cups ice cubes
PLACE nectar, pineapple juice, pineapple, Coffee-mate and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Fantastic Coconut/Mango Combination
This recipe has two of my favorites fruits: coconut and mango. When you combine them in the same recipe...hhhmmm, ambrosia!! This is just great. Thanks.
Coconut creamer is my favorite, so I always look for ways to use it in other things. This recipe fits the bill. It is a bit sweet, so when I made it the second time I used less creamer and it still tasted great!
