Ingredients:
4 small, firm bananas
2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ CLÁSICO Pure Instant Coffee Granules
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
PEEL bananas and cut in half crosswise, then in half lengthwise.
DISSOLVE coffee granules in hot water in large skillet. Add sugar, butter and cinnamon; heat over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Add bananas; cook, turning once, for about 2 minutes or just until bananas are soft.
SERVE bananas and sauce with ice cream.
