This is so easy to make and tastes great! Everyone loves it and asks for the recipe! Now when I make it to take to parties, etc. I make copies of the recipe to set out along side the dish! It's always a hit! If there's any left over it is even better the next day, as the flavors blend and mellow. I have started to make it a day earlier and let it "mellow" before serving to guests.

In our family I am the "dip maker" so I always make this for our get togethers. I don't like curry so I make it without it and it tastes great. Everyone usually ends up keeping some out for themselves for later.

I made this for a Puppy shower. I wanted something different. It was easy, and the men really liked it. I used real crab meat.

This was really easy to make and held up well on the table. Different than the usual - always a plus. The flavors were even better after another day in the fridge. I'm a curry lover, otherwise I might not have tried it - glad I did!

    OH MY SO GOOD!

    Ms. Blaschuk from FARMINGDALE, NY

Not only was this good with crackers and fresh veggies, but you will have an overwhelming temptation to just dip your finger in for a finger scoop of this great dip! I used fat free cream cheese and added a drained can of baby shrimp the second time I made it. It was also VERY good! It is really a joy to be able to find such a variety of great tasting recipes on this site!

This one is excellent as a dip. We added a little more milk and used it as a sauce for pasta.

I love having different dips to use with my raw veggies. This is a great change of pace. Easy to make. I do use the fat free cream cheese but still like it.

This dip is easy to make and is one of the first dishes gone - every time I make it! Despite not being a huge fan of curry, this is one of my favorites.
