Creamed Chipped Beef Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

1 package (11-oz.) Creamed Chipped Beef, prepared according to package directions, kept hot
1 can (10-ct.) refrigerated biscuits
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 400°F.

ROLL each biscuit into a circle; place each biscuit in ungreased muffin pan cup. Press dough up sides of cup.

BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until a golden brown. Spoon hot Creamed Chipped Beef into baked cups; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    I made these the other day, and thought that they were okay. They need something though. And defiently needed spiced up a bit. But over all it was pretty good.
