Creamy Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions

MICROWAVE morsels, cream, corn syrup and salt in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. The morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir in vanilla extract. Serve warm. Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
