    Awesome potatoes

Sheila Carter from LITTLE ROCK, AR

I thought this was a delicious way to have mashed potatoes. You could also pour potatoes after they were mashed into a casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in oven for 20 minutes and have a baked mashed potatoes dish. Very good also.

    Sudha Hariharan from Markham, ON

My son is in his teens and has been asking me to prepare something with a combination of his favourite potatoes with a "lots of cheese" in it for a very long time. Hence I had prepared this dish the other day and was little apprehensive as to whether he will like it or not. Lo and behold, he exclaimed "it is simply superb mom" tagging along a request for me to make it daily if possible for him!
