Creamy Chicken, Beef and Potatoes is a hearty combination of chicken breasts baked with mashed potatoes and chipped beef. Easy-to-make and ready in less than 1 hour, this makes a great fall or winter meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (11-oz.) Creamed Chipped Beef, defrosted according to package directions
  • 8 cups mashed potatoes
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

PLACE mashed potatoes in prepared baking dish; arrange chicken on top of potatoes. Pour creamed chipped beef over chicken; top with potato chips.

BAKE for 30 minutes.

Excellent meal

We have fixed this several times now and have had little to no leftover. Used french onion topping instead of chips. Also after putting potatoes in dish used a generous layer of garlic powder and shredded cheese blend for a different taste. Easy to fix and will continue to do so.

Nothing Left Over

This recipe was great! My kids loved it. I left out the chips and used french fried onions instead at my husband's request. Very good.

Family meal

This was very easy to make and tasted great. My family loved it and wants me to make it often. It's definetly a new way to cook chicken.

Comfort food

The first time I made this, I thought "Wow, what a great comfort food." It was very simple to make and very warming on a rainy day. I decided not to use the potato chips because that made it feel too much like a kiddie dish. Next time I will try the French's onions as suggested in another review. All in all, the recipe is easy and very filling.
