    peanutty fudge is yummy, but...

Lynn Matsunaga from NEWBURY PARK, CA

This was a great treat with the combination of crunch and peanut butter. But, I learned that this is not something that stores well because the crisped rice gets soggy.

Will Become A New Holiday Tradition

    charlotte law from BOWMANVILLE, ON

It seems that every Christmas I make the same array of sweets, many of which my children don't really like as the pretty much all contain walnuts(all my mother's tried and true recipes). This year I am off work with back problems, so have been researching new kid friendly recipes and this one is a hit ! Quick, easy and completely yummy, only half the pan made it to the freezer! This will definitely become a "NEW" holiday tradition in our home!

The kids helped make these yummy treats and their father couldn't stop eating them. I made one batch as directed and one batch where I substituted the peanuts and peanut butter with cashew butter and cashews and it worked just as well with a slightly different flavor. Now it's time to share them with friends and neighbors.
