Delish! I didn't have dry coffee creamer, but really wanted to try this recipe. So I substituted about 3/4C of liquid creamer for the powdered creamer AND the water. It came out perfect! Everyone LOVED it! So good, this is going in my family cookbook :o) Thanks Coffee-Mate!

    Blueberry Cobbler - Oh Yeah!

    Roberta from New Castle, IN

I made this recipe using the Blueberry Cobbler flavor and WOW! It is like having one of those amazing muffins with the great topping on it. I did make it only one layer though and just put all of the topping on the very top. I used a 9x13 pan too. I like mine not super thick. I think that can dry it out too much. Good luck and enjoy!

Great texture, yummy flavor, and easy to make. I just couldn't get it out of the pan even though thoroughly sprayed. Make sure to spray thoroughly so cake will release from pan easily.

I made 2 this w/e, one to taste and the other to take to a bake sale. My mother-in-law loved it. She ate almost the whole cake. She said it was just like her grandmother used to bake. I thought it had a good flavor and was even better warmed in the microwave with butter on top. I thought that it could use more nuts, but I like lots of nuts. I used pecans in mine.
