Delicious & Light Rice Pudding

Ingredients

6 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup long-grain rice
1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA 50% Less Sugar Sweetened Condensed Dairy Product

 

Directions

HEAT milk and cinnamon sticks in large saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil; remove cinnamon sticks. Reduce heat to medium-low; add rice. Cook, stirring frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes. Add La Lechera; cook, stirring frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and sauce is thickened. Spoon into individual cups. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
