Good stuff!

I love this! My mom used to make this for us when we were kids and wouldn't eat, but she adds a cup/scoop full of any flavor yogurt and leaves out the ice. It makes it thicker and creamier.

Soy/Rice milk berry blast

I often substitue soy and or rice milk for regular milk in the smoothies for those in my family who are lactose intolerant. The smoothie is a great way to start the day, and a great mid day snack when we know we will be rushing dinner or doing take out. We have enjoyed Carnation Instant Breakfast for thirty years.

Nutritional Health Helper

My husband has a medical condition which often leaves him with no appetite and not wanting to eat. Using the Carnation Strawberry Powder, frozen strawberries, ice cream and making a smoothie drink is something he loves and will accept anytime. This is a big load off my mind in knowing that he is getting his nutritional needs met in a healthy manner. Thank you...thank you...thank you.
