Dulce de Leche, a classic sweet sauce, is the main flavor attraction in this Swirled Cheesecake Dessert. Perfect for all occasions and great for entertaining. Add a little extra eye-appeal to your presentation by swirling additional dulche de leche on top of each dessert cup before serving.
- 1 package (8 ounces) light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chilled heavy cream
- 6 Maria cookies
- NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche (squeezable bottle)
PLACE cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in medium mixer bowl; mix until creamy. Add heavy cream; mix at low speed until well combined. Increase speed to high; mix until fluffy.
PLACE one Maria cookie in bottom of each of 6 small dessert cups. Top evenly with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Before serving, squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon of dulce de leche on top of each filled dessert cup. Swirl dulce de leche with a spoon.
