Will not make again

I love pumpkin and was disappointed in this recipe. I didn't think it had much of a pumpkin taste and I actually prefer my oatmeal the way I normally make it- just a mashed up bananna and a little brown sugar. I won't be making this again. It wasn't bad, just not very tasty.

My children and I weren't too crazy about this. The pumpkin was too strong and we couldn't taste the maple syrup. I will try again, but add cinnamon and sugar in place of the syrup.

Yummy!!

Tried this for breakfast with my boys this morning and it was a big hit! We love oatmeal anyway and are always looking for variations. The pumpkin was a great way to spice it up on a cold winter morning! Thanks for the great idea!!
