When you need a quick solution, these Easter Sugar Cookies are just the thing. Ready in less than 1 hour.
- 20 NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER or Milk Chocolate NestEggs, unwrapped and chopped
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 large egg
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
BEAT granulated sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until combined. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chopped Nestlé NestEggs. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Very tasty. Family loved them. Second time used 1/2 whole wheat flour.
Make One Big One!
I added one tablespoon of water to the recipe and softened the cookie dough. I placed all the cookie dough in my pizza pan to make one big cookie. I baked the cookie for 15 minutes and removed it from the oven when it browned slightly around the edges. I decorated it with a little frosting and some candy pieces. This was a big hit! It can be decorated for any season and/or holiday.

I got this recipe to make for my kids. When I got the NestEggs, I though I was getting the Butterfinger, but when I got home I realized I'd gotten the Crunch ones. I still made the cookies and they were just delicious. I will definitely make more of these
