Easy Cheesy Southwest Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

1 package (40 ounces) Family Size STOUFFER'S Macaroni & Cheese
1 cup shredded chicken breast or turkey breast meat
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

PREPARE macaroni & cheese according to microwave package directions, cooking a total of 10 minutes (it will not be completely warm).

SPOON macaroni & cheese into large bowl; stir in chicken and chiles. Spoon mixture into ten 6-ounce ramekins. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over each ramekin.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are toasted and cheese is bubbling.

Customize it! Divide macaroni & cheese between different bowls; stir different ingredients (like tuna, diced ham, green beans or roasted red pepper) into each bowl.
