Peanut butter and chocolate infuse these crunchy treats, but a chocolate topping sets them apart. It only takes a few minutes to whip these up for an after-school surprise.
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups toasted rice cereal
HEAT morsels and peanut butter in small, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat. Add sugar; stir vigorously until smooth.
PLACE cereal in large bowl. Add 1 cup melted chocolate mixture; stir until all cereal is coated. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Using small metal spatula, shape into 10-inch circle with slightly raised 1-inch border around the edge. Pour remaining melted chocolate mixture in center of circle; spread to 1 inch from the edge. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

Hubby thinks it a little "too" chocolatey for him [what planet is he from?]. I just made it over the weekend, but will make again for the big Super Bowl Sunday blow-out!
Easy fun recipe
This recipe is yummy! My husband loves Peanut Butter so I added a little extra and it was awesome!! I also found a slice to be too much so I did small "crunchy bites" in small cupcake papers! Cant wait for a school party I will be doing these Fun easy treats!
These are delicious!
Instead of making this recipe into a 10 inch circle, I dropped them from a tablespoon and made an indentation in the top as you would for a thumbprint cookie. Then I put a little chocolate in the center. They didn't last very long when I made them for a party and everyone loved them. I had to give everyone the recipe. This has become a favorite!!
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch
If you are a chocoholic and a peanut butter lover, you will love this recipe. I could not believe the taste when you realize how easy it is to make. I did make it in an oblong pan to serve smaller portions as it is very rich. It didn't last long enough to tell how it is after the first day. Maybe next time...
this was very good and even easier to make than I thought.
Easy & Simple
I made this last Friday as something quick for friends stopping by.They always laugh at me because they always buy something at the store, but they count on me making homemade. My friends thought I'd baked all day when I put it on the table. It was gone in minutes. I laugh inside when I realize how much fun it is to bake and it turns out just like the picture! It was another great hit! Thanks for sharing this with me.
Easy to make, and delicious. The chocolatey crunch was a hit at a neighborhood party. Next time, I'm going to try this in a rectangular pan so I can cut smaller servings.
One Delectable Dessert!
I have made this recipe multiple times, and I love it, and so does my family. It is so easy to make, and the combination of the chocolate and peanut butter is just perfect. I once made this for my home and careers class and the consensus was unanimous; everyone loved it. This dessert is a big hit with me!
Very easy and taste better if you use milk chocolate chips & about a 1/4 cup more peanut butter. Guest will love this recipe!!!
I make these a little differently. I melt the choc and peanut butter, than add 5 cups of cereal, mix together and pour into buttered square pan, Chill and Enjoy. I don't add the additional sugar, it's sweet enough without it. Either way they are very easy to make and better to ENJOY!
I tried this at school one time and it was so good.. I've been searching for the recipe ever since and now that I found it..I make it all the time... its a favorite in my family.
Picture Perfect and Perfect Taste to go with it!
This recipe was a major hit with my whole family. They are buggin' for me to make it again. I think next time i will make it as bars instead of pie shaped. Makes it easier to cut smaller portions. One of the easiest recipes I've made.
This was sooo easy to make, and it tasted good too! I could only eat it in small portions because it was so rich.
Easy but good!
This is one of the easiest recipes with the most satisfying result to throw together for a last minute get-together- people never believe me when I tell them it's easy to make!

So Good,I'd take this over a Reese's anyday!
So easy, so delicious!!! Even my finicky daughter loved it. My husband and I also couldn't seem to stop eating it. Great taste. Great recipe!!!! Loads of peanut butter and chocolate punch in every bite!!!
This is the easiest recipe, and the best combination of peanut butter and chocolate since the reeses peanut butter cup. Ingenious idea!!! Great for quick desserts for unexpected guests, and it can be made with ingredients that you have in the kitchen already. This is a favorite in my house!!1
Review for Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch
This is an awesome recipe! My son loved it. I recommend you slice it in very thin portions as it is rich but worth the calories.
