Easy Springtime Cheesecake

This is the easiest cheesecake I have ever baked and the one with the most potential for variety. I used Butterfinger nesteggs as suggested and my family raved about it, but I am thinking of all the ways I can cook it with different chocolate chips and different toppings. I can use this recipe for different celebrations and they will think they are getting something different each time. You are a genius - thank you so much.

So Good

What a hit I made with this cheesecake at a gathering of friends. This recipe is easy, delicious, and well-received by all who tasted it. Even my husband who doesn't eat cheesecake ate a piece!

This is absolutely wonderful! I loved it and I do plan to make again for Easter. The Candy on top adds a lot to the presentation. Jan

Easy Springtime Cheesecake

I made this for Easter. It was WONDERFUL! Very easy and tasted great. I am sure I will make it often. Will have to use chopped Butterfinger candy bars as the eggs won't be around-but that's ok!

Spring Cheesecake

This was absolutely delicious. It went over well at our faculty meeting the other week. No leftovers for home!
