These were the simplest recipe I have ever made. They were good are a great recipe when you need a quick batch of cookies. They are very small so be sure to make enough if you are giving them to someone or making them for an occasion.

I've tried this technique to fancy up appetizers, but I never thought of using cupcake tins for cookies before (don't know why). I'll try it this weekend.

    Yvonne Gniewecki from Massillon, OH

I made these for something quick to add to dessert trays I was making for a couple of parties. They were very easy to make and were a big hit. Rather than using the swirled chips, I just used mini-chocolate chips. They worked wonderfully and everyone loved them.

I made these cookies to take to a Halloween Costume party. By the time the judging was completed, my son and I went to the goody table and the dish was the only empty dish on the table. The cookies flew fast!!!! My son even helped to put the cookies together, real fun project with kids.

Wow, what a wonderful treat this was! I remembered this picture when I was hungry for something sweet this evening. It was so easy to make, but at the same time, it was such a lovely and fun twist on a classic cookie recipe! The taste=Delicious! I was hoping I'd want to bring these for a holiday gathering after sampling them today, and now I'm certain of it and can't wait to show these cuties off!

These were very easy to make but they just didn't wow me. They were just too sweet and too messy for my two year old to eat. I don't think I will be making them again.

These are incredibly easy to make (Also tried them with Peanut Butter cups in the middle-Pop them in after baking the cookies). Each time I made them I didn't have time to grab one myself! Made 400 for a prom, and they were gone in under 5 minutes! Amazing!

L B from WEST BLOOMFIELD, MI

I love how easy these are! The swirl makes them look nice but my friend recommended other chocolates in the center like chocolate covered caramel - I push them down so they get a little melted and ooey gooey delicious! They disappear as quickly as I make them

    Shockin - How Easy

    DENISE SCHMUTZ from SANDY, UT

I made this for a St. Patrick Party. Almost every guest asked me for the recipe. I was a little shy to tell them all how REALLY easy they were to make. Everyone thought I went to so much trouble, and they were so easy, but the bonus was my kids loved to help make them. And there in there earlier teens. What a great family outing and teaching tool.

    Totally Awesome Cookie Cups

Tracy Lee Evanshen-Clark from SUNDERLAND, ON

Who could go wrong in our house of 4 kids ((ok 6 if you count my husband and I)). My 8 year old daughter shaped the cookie cups and my 5 year filled them with mousse when they where cooled. My son decided to fill his with fruit go figure, he likes the healthy stuff. We are so very happy with the outcome that they will be a staple in our house, probably on a weekly basis. Thank you soooo much.

New twist on an old favorite

Lisa Wooley from WEST RICHLAND, WA

My 16 year old daughter and I made them together for a function she was attending. We tried both the regular chocolate chip and the peanut butter chip formulas and had a little better luck with the regular chocolate chip, especially getting them out of the pan. They were both delicious though and we can't wait to try different variations and combinations again in the near future.
