Ingredients:

1 pkg (16.5 oz) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, peanuts, pecans and/or macadamia nuts

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-inch-square baking pan.

PLACE whole bar of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to fill pan.

BAKE for 22 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.

SPRINKLE morsels over hot cookie. Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny; spread evenly. Top with nuts. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

We really are nuts over nuts around here! I mixed chopped pecans and walnuts,1/2 C each, added 1/4 C quick oats and brown sugar, stirred together with 1T melted butter for a crust on the bottom. I patted it down then added the cookie dough. Bake as suggested; add chips to melt, Then the nuts...voila! Hope you like this as much as we do.
