These are soooo delicious! I had a problem making the frosting as neat as in the picture, but the cookie tasted yummy in spite of my lack of artistic abilities. I renamed the recipe for myself calling it "Snow on the Mountains!"

Award Winning!

My daughter won her Brownie Girl Scout troop's baking contest with this recipe. These cookies are delicious and have a wonderful cake-like texture.

Was A BIG Hit !!!!

Everybody at the party loved these cookies. I iced mine first then put the chocolate in the middle. They was really cute and very tastey. I'll be making more as the Holiday season goes on.
