    Best Ever

    Bren from Bellflower, Ca

I am married to a filipino and he absolutely loves this. It is better than Calderetta which is the true filipino beef stew in flavor and texture and a whole lot easier to make. My kids love this also along with some steaming hot rice

    Great recipe

    Abraham from trenton, nj

It turned out to be really good. I used sweet chili sauce instead because I could not find the regular sweet chili. It still worked. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Excellent Stew for the Stewed Out

    Henry Hickok from Omaha, Nebraska

I've eaten stew at least once a week for my whole life, so this stew was a good change for the ol' palate. I was surprised by how meaty tasting it was--alot heartier than a regular beef stew--and it was simple to make. I reckon it would make a fine meal on a cold winter night.
